Detox Foot Patches.....where do I begin? Basically the patches are gauze-like squares filled with beef bouillon powder. So not only do you wake up fat still, you walk around for the next 2 days smelling like you have just eaten an enormous amount of steak.
Thurmond's 6 week body makeover....it took me 5 weeks to organize the book and 1 week to read it!
Hollywood Juice Diet....anyone will lose 10 lbs. drinking only juice for 3 days (make sure you have wipies with aloe near the toilet if you go this route)
